Anybody know is Percy? well, if u are Nikita fan, you know him. Percy was Division leader before he been betrayed by Amanda and killed by Nikita.
Percy is a heartless man that only think about himself. selfish, arrogant, bitch and monster. But sometime i admire him. He got this perfect plan. He is very patient and careful to his plan. Every word he said, cant be trusted, yet anyone who listen to him, will act according to his plan. How cool is that??
